When you want to fill the bag with nitrogen gas to prevent oxidation, or with carbon dioxide to create bacteriostatic or insect-repellent effects or to prevent spoilage and mold growth, you can use the Gas-flush Sealing function. The LOS-NT/NTW series sealers are long-length sealers capable of creating both vacuum and gas-flush seals.

What we do to meet Clean Class 1000: CR-600 is manufactured inside a clean booth, and shipped after being inspected and verified in a class 1000 clean booth for shipment inspection. It is hermetically sealed and shipped only after the measured result is verified to be class 1000 or less.
